Hierarchies - Aggregated Metric - TSV attributes are not being available for Aggregation Metric

Issue/Introduction

The TSV fields are missing for creating an Aggregation Metric on the Hierarchy. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Navigate to Hierarchies and create an Investment Hierarchy  
2. Import investments 
3. Open View Options and click on "Manage Metrics" 
4. In Manage Metrics pop-up, select "Aggregation" 
5. Click on 'Create Metric' 
6. In ''CREATE AGGREGATION METRIC'' pop-up, check "Metric Based On" drop-down 

Expected Results: TSV fields should be listed for 'Metric Based On' configuration. 

Actual Results: Observe that TSVs are not available for Metric creation.   

Workaround: None.

Example: Search for 'Allocation' (this is a TSV Per-Period Metric field).
