Limitation - "Virtual Agents" feature not available in APM SaaS

Issue/Introduction

With on-prem 10.8 and prior versions, virtual agents could be defined to make specific metric node appear as a new 'virtual agent'. 

With this we can separate metrics reported by Infrastructure agents with MQ and DataPower extensions (and many others for example a EPAgent plugin gathering data from say Apigee) into smaller agents focused on specific projects.

"Virtual Agent" feature: Use Virtual Agents to Aggregate Metrics  is not available in APM SaaS or APM 2x releases.

An enhancement request has been created to include this feature in SaaS APM in the future
