Logon with mixed case passphrase fails with Web Viewer 14.0 and ACF2

Issue/Introduction

We are converting users to use passphrases in ACF2. These can be in mixed case. Unfortunately a logon to the  web viewer with such a passphrase fails.

Cause

ACF2 problem with special characters

Resolution

The issue is not related to mixed case passphrases. It's related to (some) special characters which are allowed in passphrases by ACF2.For example a '!' is giving issues (codepage issues)

This doesn't seem to be related specifically to the CA-VIEW Web Viewer as other products running on USS seem to suffer from the same issue (for example IDz).
A case will be opened with ACF2
