Unable to see Performance stats for Meraki Tunnels and APs provisioned via VNA in DX NetOps CA Performance Management (CAPM)

Issue/Introduction

Unable to see Performance stats for Meraki Tunnels, Meraki Switches, Meraki Routers, Uplinks and Access Points (APs) provisioned via Virtual Network Assurance (VNA) into DX NetOps CA Performance Management:

Inventory is populated however:

 

Out of the box SDWAN Reporting -->SDWAN-Tunnel dashboard shows no stats data even though inventory shows all tunnels correctly. 

Environment

DX NetOps all currently supported releases
Virtual Network Assurance (VNA) integrated with CA Performance Management (CAPM)

Cause

The page is pointing to a group under All Groups. 

The SD-WAN dashboards are based off child site groups.  The Geo Map only shows child site groups.  So a group of tunnels will not show in the Geo Map.

The card view should should show child site groups under the selected group.  And the tunnels should show count of all tunnels in selected group and child groups.

 

Resolution

We only work off Site groups in SD-WAN dashboards.
