Unable to update Messaging Gateway

Issue/Introduction

Attempts to update the Messaging Gateway software on version 10.7.5-4 from the Control Center GUI and is failing.

Environment

Release: 10.7.4

Cause

The scanners had expired licenses.

Resolution

After assigning the renewed license for the scanners and waiting 24 hours, we were able to upgrade from the control center web GUI.
