Issue/Introduction

We want to increase the web interface timeout from current 30 minutes to 45 minutes and this could increase the concurrent active sessions.  Would we need to increase our license count?

Resolution

No, you don't need to increase the license count.

However, doing this could increase the concurrent active sessions number as if end users simply close the browser instead of logout, then it will take longer time for Service Desk to release the sessions. Please remind client to logout instead of close the browser.
