DX NetOps SD-WAN Tunnel Time Bar shows gaps between data

Issue/Introduction

Performance center VNA SD-WAN Tunnel Time Bar graphs shows a repeating pattern of 5 minute gaps with "No data to display" followed by  5 minutes of "Normal Status"

Environment

DX NetOps Performance Management Portal web server

DX NetOps Virtual Network Assurance with Viptela plugin configured

Cause

The Viptela system was providing Tunnel Performance data at 10 minute intervals, not the expected 5 minute intervals it should send by default.

Resolution

TUNNEL_PERFORMANCE_SAMPLE_INTERVAL variable for the Viptela plugin is set to 300 seconds (5 minutes) by default.

If Viptela is configured with a different interval they need to be configured to match.

In this instance the variable was set to 600 seconds (10 minutes) to match the data incoming from Viptela.
