Issue/Introduction
Not seeing 'PASSWORD IS EXPIRED" messages during signon for user with an expired password.
Environment
Release : 16.0
Resolution
A security call signon request must be driven when the password is validated. (RACROUT VERIFY or EXEC CICS SIGNON)
Only then will the 'PASSWORD EXPIRED' condition will be checked by Top Secret.
If using any other non-standard method to 'signon' will not cause the 'PASSWORD EXPIRED' condition to be checked by Top Secret.
