Issue/Introduction

Automic Automation System moved to unresponsive state due to high PWP (MQ1PWP) Count and the only option to bring it back online to perform the COLD start of the AE Engine.

Cause

The problem is related to the timing as WP sends FTXSEND to Agent1:

Automation Engine can crash during starting of a file transfer on a SRC agent which is not reachable at this moment.

Resolution

The defect opened for the problem mentioned here has been resolved and will be part of below releases.
