Issue/Introduction
Steps to reproduce:
1- Go to /pm/#/staffing/visualStaffing with the default out of the box filter
2- Loading popup will display "Loading 500 of 1,265 investment record"
This takes several minutes to complete, despite only being 1200 rows.
