Issue/Introduction

When trying to change the Meraki Plugin configuration with the Swagger UI we are seeing the following error message

<html><head><title>Error</title></head><body>Internal Server Error</body></html>

When trying to edit the plugin configuration through the NetOps Portal, we are seeing the following error message: "Invalid Username or Password

Environment

Release : 22.1, 22.2

Cause

The Meraki API key in the plugin was encrypted in the configuration. They need to enter an un-encrypted key in the configuration.

Resolution

The customer regenerated a new Meraki Plugin API key and entered the new API key in the plugin configuration as well as the two parameters they were trying to change and they were able to update the configuration.
