Visualizer not working after configuring Load Balancer in front of SDM

Issue/Introduction

After configuring an Azure load balancer in front of SDM, Visualizer is not working

Environment

Release : 17.3

Resolution

Traffic was not allowed through the customers Azure environment.

Worked with customers Azure architect to ensure the following URL was allowed:

https://LOADBALANCER.DOMAIN.COM:9080/CMDBVisualizer

In the casm.conf.js file located at CA\Service Desk Manager\bopcfg\www\CATALINA_BASE_VIZ\webapps\CMDBVisualizer\viz-ux\conf, additional changes were introduced

vizserver: 'https://LOADBALANCER.DOMAIN.COM:9080/CMDBVisualizer/viz' and server: 'https://LOADBALANCER.DOMAIN.COM'

https://LOADBALANCER.DOMAIN.COM is the load balancer address.  It points to the FQDN with the 8443/CAisd/pdmweb.exe suffix internally.
