Unable to update SpanVA

SpanVA update button is grayed out or unavailable.

Resolution

Verify SpanVA health by running diagnostics from the diagnostic page and verify there is no errors.

Contact support and include the CASB tenantid and SpanVAid.  The update can be re-published to the SpanVA.
