Trying to Load RA FTP Solution to Automic DB shows error "Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no ucybdbld in java.library.path"

When we look at JOBS object that does a SFTP we are not seeing the FTP tab that show you what server you are getting the file from (Source) and the server you are placing the file on (Destination).

 

 

Environment

Release : 21.0.7

Resolution

- Check the MS visual C++ plugin present on windows machine. 

- Verify the java version and path set on windows machine. 

- Verify the RA FTP jar version downloaded from support site. 

- Found that client renamed the the RAFTP jar file to different name. While trying to load the jar also showed the problem with file name. 
Renamed it back to original one how it got downloaded. Launch DBload and use the renamed orginal jar file. 

- Login to AWI and check SFTP/FTP tab in jobs .
