Continuous Errors in VSE regarding cb2xml

Issue/Introduction

We are observing continuous errors related to cb2xml and its filling memory on servers way too fast.

ERROR System.err                     - java.util.MissingResourceException: Can't find bundle for base name cb2xml, locale en_GB

Release : 10.7.2

Resolution
