IAM is not getting started during planned maintenance/Patching in 10.7.2

Issue/Introduction

We are facing issue in 10.7.2 IAM service. It's not getting started after planned maintenance and patching. While starting it manually it's not throwing error.

It's same with IAM imbedded H2 database and Oracle database.

 

Please find the logs.

Environment

Release : 10.7

Resolution

Use the recovery option in services and apply some delay in restarting the IAM service.  So that, if there is a service failure, it will try to restart after few minutes. Try this option to resolve the IAM startup issue.
