Set cookie functionality is working different from 10.6 and not setting all the cookies

Issue/Introduction

Hi Team, we have a test case which is running fine in 10.6 and failing in 10.7.2.

The set_cookie functionality is not picking the auth one and causing issues.

Release : 10.7.2

Resolution
