APM IIS Webserver Monitor does not update the metric values

Issue/Introduction

We have configured the IIS Webserver monitor according to the documentation, we see the IIS server in the APM UI, but the metric values do not get updated.

Environment

DX APM 2*

Cause

Configuration issue in IIS

Resolution

1) Open Server Configuration Console

2) Uninstall and reinstall the following two webserver components again.

- IIS 6 Management Compatibility 
- IIS Management Scripts and Tools.
