Issue/Introduction

Is there a way to confirm if non-authorized users may be making changes to the Notification Server?

Environment

ITMS 8.x

Cause

Past employees that no longer work with the company were found to still have accounts in the Notification Server.

Resolution

1. Add a procedure to disable/delete Notification Server users who no longer work for the company.

2. Change the appID user password periodically if needed as outlined in the following KB article:
