We found old users who had worked for the customer before were still listed as ITMS accounts.
1. Add a procedure to disable/delete ITMS users who no longer work for the company.
2. Change the appID user password at least every 90 days. You may want to also consider changing the appID password when IT users leave the company. Please use the following link to change the appID password: Changing the Application Identity account password
