Issue/Introduction

DLP detected 16 digit numbers that look like credit card number in Microsoft Excel file, but when you search the numbers in the workbook, there is nowhere to be found.

Resolution

If DLP detect any data in Excel file that trigger an incident and you cannot find the detected data, check the Excel workbook and unhide all the Hidden columns and Rows first and then do the search.
