Unable to start Hlasm Lauguage sever

Issue/Introduction

Installed Hlasm plugin V1.9.0 on Visual Studio Code V1.78.2, after launch Visual Studio Code got the following error message:



[Error - 7:14:42 PM] Hlasmplugin Language Server client: couldn't create connection to server.
Error: spawn UNKNOWN
 
Run the commend "HLASM: Download dependencies" and got the following error:

Release : 4.0

Cause

The language server binary was blocked by an AV software, system policy or a similar mechanism. 

Resolution

Solution: request permission from system admin to execute the language server binary file 

Workaround:  click the "Switch to WASM version" button, restart VSCode and the extension will use a backup non-native version the language server.
