Autoexcl.exe file is missing

Issue/Introduction

You upgraded from Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) 14.0 to Symantec Endpoint Security (SES) or SEP 14.3 or later and notice that the autoexcl.exe file is no longer in the directory structure for the agent. 

Environment

Release : 14.3

Cause

Autoexcl.exe was only used in the 14.0 versions of the product, and was deprecated with the 14.3 release. 

Resolution

This is normal, as the newer agent no longer uses that executable file.
