Add Xtraction tab to CA Service Desk Manager UI

Issue/Introduction

Is it possible to add a tab within the CA Service Desk Manager UI to access Xtraction?

Environment

CA Service Desk Manager 17.x

Xtraction 20xx.x

Resolution

Consulted with Xtraction Support regarding embedding Xtraction within a web page frame.

Unfortunately, this appears to be a limitation of Xtraction.

The issue typically with doing this sort of thing is that the Authentication Method does not apply and Xtraction refuses the attempt to connect.

At this time, Xtraction is not designed to be part of an iframe inside another app and would require an enhancement from the Ivanti/Xtraction side.
