Tenants Not Visible After Upgrade to RU22

Issue/Introduction

After applying the RU 22 patch, the multi-tenant was no longer recognized in the VMs we applied.

Environment

Release : 17.3

Resolution

We compared the NX.env file with the most recent backup and found many settings were missing including the @NX_MULTI_TENANCY setting.  When the setting was restored and SDM restarted the problem went away.
