Tenants Not Visible After Upgrade to RU22

Issue/Introduction

After applying the 17.3 RU22 patch, the multi-tenant information was missing

Environment

Release : 17.3

Resolution

Compared the NX.env file with the most recent backup and found many settings were missing including the @NX_MULTI_TENANCY setting. 

When the setting was restored and the SDM service restarted, the tenant information was visible again.
