Issue/Introduction

Oracle JDK 11.0.19 is being flagged by our security team as being vulnerable. Updating to JDK 20 is being suggested as the remediation measure. However, when this upgrade happens, it is noted that Jaspersoft 7.8 stops working. Is this version of Jaspersoft supported with JDK 20?

Resolution

The Jaspersoft version we use - 7.8 - does not work with JDK versions above 11. So, JDK 20 is not supported.
