Issue/Introduction

VNA 22.2.11 is crashing when using the Meraki Plug-In.

Environment

Release: 22.2.x

Cause

• destCidr as part of l3Firewall policies of MX devices (Routers) has a larger value and it exceeds the length set in the VNA DB.

Resolution

• Stop Wildfly.
• Open the  VNA_home>/collector/<Meraki_Engine_UUID>/repository/work/FilterConfiguration.json
• Changed "POLL_POLICIES": false in FilterConfiguration.json
• Start WIldfly.

 

Additional Information

• This will be fixed in a future VNA release (The current release as of the publishing of this Article is 22.2.11).
• Configure to Filter Meraki Networks, Organizations, and Events
