APM is not working when importing old management modules

Issue/Introduction

Able to import both Management Modules in our test environment from Introscope 10.5 to APM 10.8.0.27. Able to see all the Dashboards . Works well.

But the same doesn't work in the production environment.  Only a single Management Module and only partial Dashboards are visible. 

Environment

Release : APM 10.8

Cause

Copying to Deploy folder did not work due to insufficient permission.

 

Resolution

 You need to manually copy and move both jar files From 10.5 environment  to APM 10.8 config/modules directory and give the same user privileges as the other Management Modules.
