APM 10.7 memory leak and [Manager.AppMap.RemoteHttp] connector.isClosed() error filling up the log

Issue/Introduction

The below message is filling up the EM log causing MOM to run out of memory

[INFO] [Manager.AppMap.RemoteHttp] connector.isClosed()

Environment

Release : 10.7 and 10.8

Cause

The APM DB postgres processes were up but the APM DB filesystems were stuck in read only mode,

Resolution

1.Restart Postgres server

2 Restart MOM and Webview services.
