Disable or suspend a DLP policy

Issue/Introduction

You would like to know the steps to disable or suspend an active DLP policy.

Environment

DLP 15.8.x, 16.0

Resolution

1. Login to the Enforce console. Go to Manage > Policies > Policy list

2. There are two ways to suspend an active policy:

a. Put a tick mark next to the policy that needs to be disabled and click "Suspend" in the policy list toolbar.

b. Click on the Green radio button under Status next to the policy to suspend the policy.
