DevTest Patch installation is throwing an error

Issue/Introduction

We are trying to install Devtest smart patch executable and getting an error as below.

" An internal error occurred (error code 34)"

 

 

Environment

Release : 10.7.2

Resolution

This error occurs if the executable file is corrupted. Verify the actual size of the file and size of the executable file that you have copied. You may see the difference in file size. 

Download the file again and verify the file size. If the file size is correct, proceed with the installation.
