Resolution

JCLCheck uses the following search order criteria: 

  1.  OPROC(ddname) from the JCLCheck runtime option
  2.  OPROCLIB(library name) from the JCLCheck runtime option
  3.  JCLLIB and JOBPARM from the JCL statements being checked
  4.  AUTOPROC or PROC from the JCLCheck runtime option
