Not able to send Alerts from DX SAAS to Netcool

Issue/Introduction

We are not able to integrate DX SAAS with Netcool. Can you please help in this regard,

Resolution

As I explained on the call , this is a custom integration. Netcool is not in the APM or Agent Guide.

This is how another customer is doing this. I have no further details

• Using DX Gateway to query each tenancy
• Pull information on alarms from each tenancy
• Parse the data
• Then send to Netcool.

You were not interested in the Netcool into OI integration
