Not able to send Alerts from DX SAAS to Netcool

Issue/Introduction

You are not able to integrate DX SAAS with Netcool.

Cause

This is a custom integration. Netcool is not in the APM or Agent Guide.

Resolution

This is how one customer is doing this:

1. Use DX Gateway to query each tenancy
2. Pull information on alarms from each tenancy
3. Parse the data
4. Then send to Netcool.
