Issue/Introduction

The Rally Adapter for Jira is currently showing ImagePullBackOff for kurl ekc-operator-7b88888888-w94dp and velero velero-5f88888888-kgdhg.  When attempting to re-run "cat install.sh | bash -s airgap" it generates the following error message and exits the install process:
⚙  Running install with the argument(s): airgap
✔ Firewalld is either not enabled or not active.
SELinux is disabled: no configuration will be applied
Awaiting 2 minutes to check kURL Pod(s) are Running
Kurl has unhealthy Pod(s). Check the namespace kurl. Restarting the pod may fix the issue.

Attempting to restart the KURL ekc-operator pod simply results in ImagePullBackOff

Please advise on how to correct this issue to allow the install.sh script to run and re-load needed images for the airgap install.

Support Bundle has been generated and will be attached after ticket creation.

Resolution

To unblock the installer, the user can scale down the deployment related to the failing kurl pod:
kubectl scale deploy ekc-operator --replicas=0 -n kurlAnd then try re-running the airgap install.sh.
The installer should add the missing images and re-create the failing ekco pod, also fixing the velero pod which is dependant on kurl images as well.
