Update Financial Plan Actuals and Forecast is slow on first run

Issue/Introduction

Update Financial Plan Actuals and Forecast job is taking very long when ran the first time with little parameters set. 

Environment

Release : 16.1.1+

Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL

Resolution

• The job may take over 1 day, on some environments 2-3 days if ran wide open for the very first time
• We recommend always narrowing down the results by selecting Investment or Investment OBS, Active investments etc. to only run the job for few results
• Once that initial job completes, the job will be performing faster
• If preferring to run for all to complete, run the job over the weekend to ensure it has enough time to complete
• Note we will recommend to always filter the job and run for separate OBS
