Old Data Aggregator host is shown under Inventory-devices after migration to a new host.

Issue/Introduction

The system is fully functional after migration of all servers (including data aggregator) to the new hosts. System health shows no problems for Data aggregator host.
But under "Monitored devices" we see old DA host (status - down).


Status under Inventory->Devices is unknown for DA.

We are not allowed to update the device properties like IP address here.

How we can fix this?

Resolution

There is no need to stop DC and no need to stop ActiveMQ on DA.

Stop dadaemon, edit the script to make sure the DA entries are correct, and same for DC.  Then run script (<data_repository_directory>/update_da_dc_database_references.sh).  Start DA.
