RA Solution tabs are missing in AWI.

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading an RA Solution (RA FTP, RA Web REST, RA Web SOAP...), the connection tab is missing from the object in AWI.

Environment

Release : 21.0.x

Resolution

When using RA Solutions such as the RA FTP or RA Web REST, you can download two solutions, the Solution and the Solution NoWeb. The NoWeb solution does not have the FTP/REST tab that contains the connection details.

You will need to load the correct solution and then start the agent with the disable_cache cache option like this from the Service Manager.

java  -Xmx2048m  -jar ucxjcitx.jar disable_cache

Additional Information

Additional Checks:

• Check if this authorization is in place Authorizations on the UC_ECC_PLUGINS STORE Object
• Also check whether you can see the loaded solution in the UC_ECC_PLUGINS STORE object. (client 0)
• Further, please check in AWI/About whether the Solution is listed there as well. Check whether at the end of the list there are solutions listed in red color because of failed installation. 
• Optionally, try restarting your tomcat/Jetty instance
