Unable to start the radius validation service

Issue/Introduction

On VIP Enterprise gateway, none of the radius validation service were starting.

Environment

EG 9.9, 9.10,9.10.2, 9.10.3.

Cause

Syslog services were kept enabled in the radius validation server even after deleting from the logs settings.

Resolution

Disable the syslog service from the Radius validation configured in Enterprise gateway and delete all the references from the settings configured on the VIP Enterprise Gateway.
