Issue/Introduction

Currently reviewing the  RACF security requirements for DADS Plus CICS. Can the DADS Plus CICS product load library HLQ.LOADLIB be defined to RACF with  read only access.

Resolution

The DADS Plus CICS load library HLQ.LOADLIB can be defined to RACF with read only for all CICS users including batch Interface jobs. DADS Plus CICS product usage in CICS and DADS batch Interface jobs DO NOT update any of the load modules in the HLQ.LOADLIB.
