User Filter is not working as expected in Manage Vault

Issue/Introduction

Under Secrets --> Manage Vaults --> Add/Update --> To add any user using filter, the filter is not working as expected.

Environment

Release : 4.1

Cause

The filter is currently not working in 4.1.x

Resolution

Ask support in which future release this will be fixed
