Issue/Introduction

When we shutdown SOLVE:FTS region, we get

user .DLFTOP not found.

sh users lists .DFLTOP for CONSOLE.

Resolution

.DFLTOP is a default user for consoles when no user is associated with a console. 

Issue command  SHOW SYSPARMS=SYSCON. The settings control what userid is used.

Recommend to use: 

SYSCONSO=DEFAULT  if a console has a userid then that is used otherwise SYSCONUI is used.
SYSCONUI=xxxxxxx where xxxxx is what is wanted to use instead of .DFLTOP
