Issue/Introduction

Pressing the Intertest CICS PF1 HELP key fails with the following message 

CAIN1905      FUNCTION - INCORRECT FCT ENTRY FOR CA INTERTEST HELP FIL

Cause

The Intertest CICS r 11 FCT entry PROTHLF was missing and not installed in the CICS region.

Resolution

Adding and installing the Intertest CICS PROTHLF FCT entry below resolved the problem.
