ng-acc pods remain in Init status

Issue/Introduction

Pods ng-acc-configserver-cp-deployment, ng-acc-configserver-deployment and ng-acc-repository-deployment do not initialize.

 

Environment

• DX O2 OnPremise
• DX OI OnPremise
• DX APM OnPremise

Resolution

As a workaround, follow these steps:

• Stop all ACC pods.
• Rename or backup the existing ACC DB folder in NFS.
• Start ACC DB.
• Start ACC CS, CP, and repo pods.

ACC DB folder path to be renamed - "<<nfs path>>/acc/cs/db"
