Issue/Introduction

After resetting their LDAP password, users are unable to login through LDAP. The following error is found in the PWP log.

20230825/041722.184 - U00051002 LDAP message 'BindResponse' with result code 'invalidCredentials', message: 8009030C: LdapErr: DSID-0C0905E2, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 52e, v3839
20230825/041722.186 - U00003234 Logon error: Access denied. (Connection='*CP002#00000052', host = 'ae.server.com')
20230825/041722.224 - U00011800 Disconnect User: Cannot find user '*CP002#00000052' in the table AKT-USER.

Please reach out to your LDAP team. The error LdapErr: DSID-0C0905E2 points to an issue on the LDAP server.
