Issue/Introduction

Would there be any possibility of integrating CA Service Desk with Trello?

Release : 17.3

Resolution

There is not an official integration between CA Service Desk and Trello. 

However, one could be built using the REST API functions - CA SDM REST API

While building an interface using Rest API can be done, it is beyond the scope of Broadcom Support to build this interface or to support a custom interface
