JNI Error has Occured while migrateout with GMU

Issue/Introduction

While executing the GMU migrateOut command we are the JNI Error had occurred

Environment

Release : Applies to all supported releases of the API Gateway

Resolution

Based on the following error:
Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.commons.cli.ParseException

Check the list of all the jar files in the /lib/ directory by running an "ls -la" within your GMU directory where you are executing GatewayMigrationUtility.sh

You may not have, all the correct libraries in the folder, the jar file commons-cli-1.2.jar might be missing..
