Issue/Introduction

Since upgrading to z/OS 2.5 the Dispatch BATCH LDS QUEUE SCAN UTILITY (CADSLSCN) now fails with RC=16 due to a "Missing Input Parm" message. 

Environment

Release : 11.7, z/OS 2.5

Cause

Code deficiency.

Resolution

Resolving PTF is as follows:

LU11099 - DSEXLSCN ENDS WITH RC=0016 due to "Missing Input Parm" message

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Batch LDS Queue Scan Utility DSEXLSCN ends with RC=0016
and message 'Missing Input Parm' is displayed after upgrading
to z/OS 2.5 operating system:
 
SYMPTOMS:
Batch LDS Queue Scan Utility DSEXLSCN ends with RC=0016
The following message is displayed within SYSPRINT DD;
'Missing Input Parm'
 
IMPACT:
CA Dispatch Batch LDS Queue Scan Utility DSEXLSCN cannot be
executed under z/OS 2.5.
 
CIRCUMVENTION:
None.
