Issue/Introduction

Does Broadcom support Tomcat version higher than 9.0.71(for example 9.0.75) for Service Desk Manager RU22 and higher?

Service Desk Manager 17.3 RU22 or higher

Resolution

Per Supportability Matrix, upgrading to the latest Tomcat release higher than 9.0.71 is acceptable as long as there is an adherence to the qualification that is outlined in the documentation. Please review the Note section of the Supportability Matrix linked below(see Additional Information section below).
