Spectrum VNA Integration Configuration Error. "Error creating VNA gateway host model"

Issue/Introduction

After VNA 21.2.11 is upgraded to VNA 22.2.7 we are getting the error message when integrating VNA into Spectrum: 

"Error creating VNA gateway host model"

In $SPECROOT/tomcat/logs/catalina.out file:

Create new VNA model - ModelActionResults: errorMsg: SPC-OCC-11813: Error creating the model in landscape <Landscape_Name>: DOES_NOT_EXIST., values: []

 

Environment

Release : 22.2.x

Cause

• MLS Spectrum Landscape was not upgraded to 22.2.7

Resolution

• All DxNetOPS applications need to be running at the same version.
