Issue/Introduction

Within the WF Monitor a breakpoint is set to one of the tasks. After releasing the breakpoint ForEach workflow iteration ends and new iteration begins, the breakpoint is set again, and in each following iteration.

Reproduction steps:
1. Create a ForEach Workflow with x iterations (more than 2) and several jobs in it (more than one)
2. Run the FE WF
3. While its active, set a breakpoint to a not yet active task within WF Monitor
4. Release/Delete the breakpoint
4.1 (12.3.4) The WF goes in next iteration, it should not show the breakpoint and run through all tasks.
4.2 (12.3.5 +) next iteration WF still stops, breakpoint stays in next cycle

Environment

Release : 12.3.4 and 12.3.5 +
